James M. MurphyMr. Murphy is Counsel to the Columbia Society of Real Estate Appraisers, Chairman Emeritus and a director of the Real Estate Institute of Long Island University, and has written extensively on all aspects of real estate valuation and practice. Presently the Village Justice of Oyster Bay Cove, Mr. Murphy was previously a Deputy Nassau County Attorney in the Land Division, as well as Chairman Emeritus of the Tax Certiorari and Condemnation Committee of the Nassau County Bar Association.

Paul W. Lynch

Paul W. LynchA former Village Trustee and Justice in Malverne, Mr. Lynch served as Chief of the Nassau County Attorney's Land Division and was the Vice Chairman of Suburbia Federal Savings and Loan Association. He concentrates in the areas of Trust, Wills, Estates, Real Property, Tax Certiorari, Condemnation and Guardianships. Mr. Lynch is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association.

John H. Gionis

John H. GionisA former Nassau County Assistant District Attorney, Mr. Gionis is the Kensington Village Prosecutor. He lectures on real estate matters for the Real Estate Institute of Long Island University and concentrates in the areas of general, civil and criminal litigation. Mr. Gionis is a member of the Nassau County and Suffolk County Bar Associations, the Suffolk County Real Property Committee and the American Inn of Courts. He is also admitted to practice in the Southern and Eastern District Courts.

Paul L. Damato

Paul L. DamatoA former Deputy Nassau County Attorney in the Tax Certiorari and Condemnation Bureau, Mr. Damato previously taught a continuing legal education course in Tax Certiorari at Fordham Law School and has guest lectured at St. John's University School of Law. He is a member of the Nassau County, Suffolk County and New York State Bar Associations and is also admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and in Washington, D.C.

Gabrielle N. RozenMs. Rozen has published articles and commentaries on legal ethics and Constitutional Law. She concentrates in the areas of Land Use, Real Property, Corporate, Matrimonial, Elder and Equine Law, and she is a family mediator.
